The Catholic Business Network of Montgomery County, Maryland (CBN-MC) has been bringing together the local business community for over 25 years.  In addition to promoting valuable networking opportunities, the members of the CBN-MC have been supporting and celebrating the pillars of catholic education by contributing almost $1,500,000 to Montgomery County Catholic schools and their students and families.

 For our Catholic schools to work effectively and to meet their financial challenges, many different groups need to make sacrifices, some bigger than others.  These include:

1.       Parents sacrifice- by paying tuition when their child or children could attend public school for free.

2.       Teachers sacrifice- by receiving less pay then they might in other school systems.

3.       Parishes sacrifice- by providing financial support to their schools.

4.       Communities sacrifice- through fundraising and volunteering time and talent.

The CBN-MC is one of the few outside groups to help with the last leg of our parish school’s finances and student’s needs by providing development grants, needs-based and merit-based scholarships.  Much of what we give is raised at our annual Gala and we hope that you’ll be able to join us and/or contribute.  In doing so, you will be making a positive impact and be part of the future of Catholic education in Montgomery County.
